NOT ALL WATER IS CREATED EQUAL

Almost every premium water on our shelves has something in common — it's surface water, with the markings of "natural spring." Young, exposed, and carrying whatever the modern world has left behind on the surface. Microplastics. Agricultural runoff. Contamination that didn't exist a century ago. That's what "natural spring" actually means.
Knight Water comes from a different era entirely. Sealed 368 feet within the earth for roughly a thousand years, our water entered the earth when the Knights were still roaming it — centuries before plastic was invented. It didn't need to be cleaned. It was never touched.
Microplastics-free. Not by process. By origin.

Found the forgotten

It started with a disaster. We were farming in California and the water was a nightmare. Every test, every filter just confirmed what we already knew: the water was broken. So we packed up, headed East, and swore we'd start fresh. Then we struck gold. We'd landed on one of the most coveted aquifers in America — the Potomac Aquifer, a confined system sealed between ancient layers of rock and clay. We tested it expecting decent. What came back was absurd. Water so clean it didn't need any of the madness of spring water filters. The secret is precision. The exact aquifer. The exact location. The exact depth. Miss any one of those and you're drinking something ordinary. We didn't miss. We built an entire facility to do this right — because something this rare doesn't deserve shortcuts.

A Thousand Years Pure

While the surface world invented pollution, this water sat sealed and protected. It didn't need to be cleaned. It was never touched.
All in the Taste

All About Taste

Effortlessly smooth, remarkably soft, and clean in a way you didn't know water could be. No aftertaste. No mineral bite. Just water.

Done Right

Our own facility. Our own source. No trucking. No third-party bottling. No shortcuts. From the aquifer into an aluminum can — nothing in between.

This Is Water From Before We Complicated It.

Every era leaves its mark on the water supply. Ours left microplastics, pharmaceuticals, and forever chemicals. Knight Water comes from an era that left nothing — because there was nothing to leave. What you're tasting isn't just clean water. It's a reminder of what we lost and proof that it still exists.
