KNIGHT WATER COLLECTOR CARD REWARD PROGRAM

Official Terms · Effective May 15, 2026

Standard Food & Beverage LLC (d/b/a Knight Water, “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Knight Water Collector Card Reward Program (the “Program”). Any person who collects and submits a complete set of all sixty (60) unique Knight Water Collector Cards in accordance with these Official Terms is guaranteed to receive a reward. There is no random drawing, no element of chance, and no limit on the number of people who may qualify. These terms govern participation in the Program.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of submission (nineteen (19) years of age or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska), and who possess a valid U.S. driver’s license or government-issued photo ID.

Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Standard Food & Beverage LLC, its parent company, subsidiaries, promotional partners, and reward suppliers, as well as their immediate family members (parents, spouse, children, and siblings) and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

All federal, state, and local laws apply. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Terms.

2. Program Period

The Program begins on May 15, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on [END DATE] at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Program Period”). Complete sets must be received by Standard Food & Beverage LLC no later than May 15, 2028 to be eligible for a reward. Sets received after the Program Period ends will not be accepted.

3. The Collector Cards

Knight Water Collector Cards (“Cards”) are included in specially marked Knight Water 8-pack boxes (“Boxes”). Each Box contains one (1) Card selected at random from the full set of sixty (60) unique Cards. Cards are distributed across three rarity tiers:

Common — the most frequently distributed Cards

Rare — distributed less frequently than Common Cards

Ultra Rare — the least frequently distributed Cards

The approximate distribution rates for each rarity tier will be printed on Box packaging and published at knightwater.com. We make no guarantee that any specific Card will appear in any specific Box or number of Boxes. All sixty (60) Cards are in active circulation throughout the Program Period.

Cards must be original, unaltered, and in legible condition to be accepted. Photocopies, reproductions, digitally printed copies, or altered Cards will not be accepted and will result in disqualification of the submission.

4. How to Claim Your Reward

To claim a reward, you must submit a complete set of all sixty (60) unique Cards by mail. Each Card in the set must be different — duplicate Cards do not count toward completion.

To submit, mail all sixty (60) original Cards along with the following information on a separate sheet of paper:

  Your full legal name

  Mailing address

  Email address

  Phone number

  Date of birth

Your reward selection (see Section 5)

5. Rewards

Upon verification of a complete set, the submitter may choose one (1) of the following four (4) reward options:

Reward A — Disney Family Experience: A trip to Walt Disney World Resort (Orlando, Florida) or Disneyland Resort (Anaheim, California) for the recipient and three (3) guests, including theme park admission tickets and hotel accommodations for up to four (4) nights. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,000. Travel dates are subject to availability and must be booked at least thirty (30) days in advance. Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of reward verification. Recipient is responsible for transportation to and from the resort. Specific hotel selection is at Sponsor’s discretion based on availability.

Reward B — Cash: Three thousand dollars ($3,000) paid by check made payable to the verified recipient. ARV: $3,000.

Reward C — One Year of Knight Water: A one (1) year supply of Knight Water still or sparkling water (recipient’s choice), delivered to a single address within the contiguous forty-eight (48) states. Delivery schedule and quantity are determined by Sponsor. ARV: $3,000.

Reward D — Las Vegas Experience: Two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Las Vegas, Nevada, plus tickets to a premier Las Vegas show or entertainment event, for the recipient and three (3) guests (4 tickets total). Specific hotel, show, and event are at Sponsor’s sole discretion based on availability. ARV: $3,000. Travel dates are subject to availability and must be booked at least thirty (30) days in advance. Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of reward verification. Recipient is responsible for transportation to and from Las Vegas.

Reward selection must be communicated to Sponsor at the time of submission. Once confirmed in writing by Sponsor, reward selection is final and may not be changed. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash equivalent (except Reward B), and may not be resold. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if the selected reward becomes unavailable for any reason.

All travel rewards are subject to availability, blackout dates, and the terms and conditions of reward suppliers. Recipients and guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly covered by these terms, including transportation to/from departure points, meals, gratuities, and incidentals.

6. Verification and Fulfillment

Upon receipt of a submission, Sponsor will verify that all sixty (60) Cards are present, unique, original, and unaltered. Sponsor’s determination regarding the validity of any submission is final and binding. Verification may take up to twenty-one (21) business days from the date of receipt.

Verified recipients will be contacted at the email address provided in their submission. Recipients will be required to sign and return an Acknowledgment of Receipt and a Liability/Publicity Release (and, where required, a W-9 tax form) within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to return completed documents within that period will result in forfeiture of the reward.

The value of cash rewards and non-cash rewards above $600 may be taxable as income. Recipients are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor will provide required tax documentation in accordance with IRS regulations.

7. Guest Requirements for Travel Rewards

Each guest participating in a travel reward must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (nineteen (19) if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) at the time of travel and must execute and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. Recipients assume full responsibility for arranging travel for their guests and ensuring guest compliance with these requirements.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Program constitutes each verified recipient’s consent to Standard Food & Beverage LLC and its agents to use such recipient’s name, image, likeness, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without further notice, payment, or other consideration.

9. Limitations of Liability

Rewards are provided “As Is.” Standard Food & Beverage LLC, its parent company, subsidiaries, promotional partners, reward suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents shall not be liable for: (1) submissions that are lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected, or undeliverable; (2) any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Program or use of any reward; (3) any act or omission by any reward supplier, hotel, carrier, entertainment venue, or other third-party service provider; or (4) any cancellation, delay, or modification of any travel or event by a third party.

Recipients and guests voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with travel and attendance at events.

10. Indemnification

By participating in this Program, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Standard Food & Beverage LLC (d/b/a Knight Water), its parent company, subsidiaries, promotional partners, reward suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, losses, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Program or receipt, use, or misuse of any reward.
